General Policy
I take great pride in the quality of my work. Due to the custom nature of my products—including print-on-demand apparel and limited-edition art—all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
I only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or have a clear manufacturing defect.
Reporting Window: You must report any damage within 48 hours of the package being delivered to your residence. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to File a Claim:
Visit my Contact Page immediately.
Provide your Order Number.
Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the exterior packaging.
Resolution: Once I verify the damage via your photos, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Specific Item Guidelines
T-Shirts (Print-on-Demand): These are custom-printed for you via Printful. I cannot accept returns for these items once they are produced. If a shirt is misprinted or damaged, please follow the damage claim steps above.
Books, Prints, & Stickers: These items are shipped directly from my studio. While they are inspected before shipping, sometimes there can be damage during transit. Please contact me within the 48-hour window if an item is damaged in transit.
Digital Products: All digital downloads are non-refundable.
